Who else is still winding it down from all of the holiday busy? We definitely still are! We are also super excited about all of the new things that are happening over here at the studio. At Jane Goodrich photography we offer several different options for your newborn photography sessions, including in-studio photography sessions and in-home photography sessions. While both photo session options allow for portrait and lifestyle images, Jane does recommend in-studio newborn sessions for several reasons:
- More control over your photoshoot
- More background and prop options to create many different looks to your finished images
- In-Studio newborn sessions take less time.
- Every amenity you need to care for your newborn is on hand in a sparkling clean changing and children’s play area.

Booking your newborn session
When you are expecting a baby there are a million things to plan, schedule, and do. Because there is so much going on at this very special and important time, we recommend booking your in-studio newborn photography session 3 months prior to your expected due date. Booking in advance helps you lock in a date that works for you on Jane’s calendar and also lets you scratch “take newborn photos” off of that to-do list.
